My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and having a Starbucks and Rain Forest Cafe on-site made everything so convenient. The pool area and hot tubs were amazing, and the added perk of free play at the casino across the street was a nice surprise. I'll definitely be coming back, especially for the spa suite experience!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They even helped us organize our group to all stay on the same floor facing the falls, which was amazing.

The hotel's location was superb. Being close to the casino, within walking distance of various local businesses, and right next to the Niagara Falls Park made getting around so easy and enjoyable.

We enjoyed dining at TGIF, the Rainforest Cafe, and the other nearby places like Cantina, Sweet Spot, Flip Burger, and Starbucks. The dining options were nice and offered a variety of tastes.

The hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool area and hot tubs were awesome, and there was plenty to do. The proximity to the casino and the tunnel access were additional perks that enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently close to the falls, with Starbucks and TGIF downstairs, though the rooms were a bit dated with a musty smell. The service was overall great, with helpful reception and modern, comfortable beds. The location is very convenient for exploring both sides of the Falls, but the constant need to get tickets signed was a bit annoying.

The rooms may be dated and have a musty smell, but they are clean and include useful amenities like a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. I prefer walking barefoot in my room, but the carpeting wasn't my favorite feature. The view of AC compressors wasn't ideal.

The service was excellent overall with a helpful and welcoming reception. However, it took a bit longer than expected to receive some extra items I requested. The beds were particularly comfortable and the staff was attentive and friendly.
